Black Hornet 4 PRS

Produced in the USA by Teledyne FLIR Defense, the Black Hornet 4 PRS is a nano unmanned aircraft weighing about 0.7 kg. It builds on the established Black Hornet lineage with improved range, endurance and robustness while keeping the same covert, pocket-carried profile that lets small teams deploy it in seconds without drawing attention.

It carries a 12 MP daytime EO camera, a thermal imager and a software-defined radio, and adds Black Recon, a proprietary vehicle reconnaissance system that provides continuous untethered scouting with the speed to work ahead of the operator. The aircraft runs a closed-source architecture and delivers roughly 30 minutes of flight per sortie for extended reconnaissance passes.

As a covert reconnaissance drone, Black Hornet 4 PRS supports defence and reconnaissance.
