Casbot W1

Developed in China by CASBOT, the Casbot W1 is a large wheeled humanoid reaching 2.1 m in height and around 260 kg. Its substantial frame combines a mobile base, a vertical lift column and dual arms to cover an unusually wide working envelope, letting it reach both low and high positions in tall industrial spaces without repositioning heavy equipment.

Each arm provides 7 degrees of freedom, and the robot perceives its surroundings with RGB-D cameras at the head, chest and optional arm-end, a waist-mounted 360-degree LiDAR, an IMU and a microphone array. It is driven by electric servo actuators and differential-drive wheel motors, runs CASBOT Embodied Brain 2.0 for vision-language-action control and perception fusion on an Intel i9 industrial PC, and offers roughly 300 minutes of runtime.

As a wheeled humanoid robot, Casbot W1 supports retail, research, inspections, logistics and manufacturing. Its lift and dual arms suit material movement, shelf and rack handling, machine tending and autonomous inspection across warehouses and production lines where vertical reach and mobility both matter. Its vertical reach is particularly useful in high-bay warehouses and tall production lines where picking and placing across height ranges is otherwise slow and manual.
