Clone Alpha

Clone Alpha by Clone Robotics is a biomimetic humanoid that replicates human anatomy with artificial muscles and dense sensing — an emerging research platform Nexon System helps enterprises evaluate.

Last updated: 09 Jun 2025

Overview

Clone Alpha by Clone Robotics takes a radically different approach to humanoids: instead of rigid motors and linkages, it recreates human anatomy with artificial muscles, synthetic skeletal structures and a fluid-based actuation system, aiming for genuinely human-like movement.

The engineering is unusually biomimetic. An exceptionally dense sensor suite — including around 70 inertial measurement units and hundreds of proprioceptive sensors — feeds Clone's Cybernet visuomotor AI model for real-time motion control, allowing the robot to learn and coordinate movement much as a body does. As a biomimetic humanoid robot, Clone Alpha is less about immediate industrial output and more about pioneering a more natural foundation for embodied intelligence.

Its intended reach spans research, manufacturing, healthcare, entertainment and education, wherever human-like motion and dexterity are the goal.

Nexon System helps forward-looking enterprises and research institutions across Southeast Asia assess emerging platforms like Clone Alpha — feasibility review, integration planning and structured pilots with full support. To explore next-generation humanoids, talk to Nexon.
