EngineAI PM01 is an agile, open humanoid designed to make advanced bipedal robotics research and development approachable. At 1.39 m and about 40 kg, it balances a capable, dynamic body with an open toolchain that invites experimentation.
Performance and openness sit at its core. High-torque joints delivering around 300 N·m drive brisk locomotion of up to 2 m/s, while stereo depth cameras, a 360° LiDAR and multiple HD cameras provide comprehensive perception. Dual Intel and NVIDIA processors handle real-time control and AI inference, and an open-source AI framework with reinforcement learning makes PM01 a genuinely extensible open-source humanoid robot — a practical research humanoid for teams that want to own the algorithms, backed by about two hours of runtime per charge.
