Figure 02 is the second-generation humanoid robot from Figure AI, engineered in the United States for industrial manufacturing. At 1.68 m and about 70 kg, it was built to hold its own on real production lines, and it proved the point at BMW's Spartanburg plant handling material sequencing.
The robot carries 35 degrees of freedom, including fourth-generation dexterous hands with 16 DoF each, and lifts up to 25 kg while walking at 1.2 m/s. A 2.25 kWh lithium-ion battery in the torso supports roughly five hours of work, with internally routed wiring for durability. Six RGB cameras give it a full 3D operational envelope, supported by an IMU, gyroscopes, force/torque and touchless interaction sensors, while dual NVIDIA GPUs deliver three times the inference power of Figure 01 alongside OpenAI vision-language integration.
As a manufacturing-focused Figure AI humanoid, it excels at automotive assembly, industrial manufacturing, material handling, quality inspection and warehouse automation.
Nexon System deploys Figure 02 across Southeast Asia with PLC integration, custom task programming, and connection to your MES and quality systems, backed by training and ongoing support. To bring this industrial humanoid robot onto your line, talk to Nexon about a pilot.
