Figure 03

Figure 03 is the third-generation humanoid robot from Figure AI, introduced in October 2025 for commercial work and eventual home use. Built in the United States, it stands 1.68 to 1.70 m tall and weighs about 60 kg, wrapped in soft-touch textiles and multi-density foam with pinch-point protection so it can share space with people safely.

With more than 40 degrees of freedom and a 20 kg payload, it moves at 1.2 to 1.5 m/s and runs five to eight hours, topped up by 2 kW wireless inductive charging. Its perception is notably refined: multiple RGB cameras at twice the frame rate and a quarter of the latency of Figure 02, per-hand palm cameras, an IMU, and fingertip tactile sensors sensitive to forces as light as three grams. The Helix vision-language-action model lets it learn new tasks from human demonstration.

That dexterity makes the Figure AI humanoid well suited to automotive manufacturing, logistics sorting, food preparation, household task automation and general material handling.
