The FlashBot Arm is a 1.44 m, 15 kg semi-humanoid service robot from Pudu Robotics of China. It pairs a mobile service base with dexterous arms so it can not only move through a venue but physically interact with buttons, doors and objects along the way, bridging the gap between a delivery cart and a full humanoid.
The robot carries two 7-degree-of-freedom arms and PUDU DH11 hands with 11 degrees of freedom, letting it press buttons, grasp and carry items. Its perception combines RGBD cameras, LiDAR, panoramic cameras and pressure-sensitive skin for thorough environmental awareness, obstacle detection and tactile sensing. A battery runtime of about 480 minutes keeps it working across long shifts, while onboard embodied-AI software integrates large language models for conversational interaction alongside real-time perception and dynamic planning.
As a capable service robot, the FlashBot Arm handles cleaning support, wayfinding and guidance, hospitality delivery, retail assistance and healthcare errands. Its arms let it complete tasks earlier robots could not, such as summoning a lift by pressing its buttons or handing an item directly to a guest.
Nexon System deploys the Pudu FlashBot Arm across Southeast Asia, providing commissioning, delivery-route and manipulation programming, and integration with building, lift, POS and facility systems. Every rollout includes staff training and ongoing maintenance and support, so hotels, malls and clinics get dependable end-to-end service automation.
