GAEMI (Indoor) is an autonomous indoor delivery robot from ROBOTIS in South Korea. About 1.15 metres tall and 75 kg, it is a wheeled service platform designed to move goods reliably through busy indoor environments such as hotels, hospitals and offices.
The robot navigates using multiple RGB cameras for spatial mapping, 3D cameras on a robotic arm for precise manipulation, and ultrasonic and bumper sensors for collision avoidance. Electric drive motors and precision actuators deliver smooth movement and arm control, while closed-source software provides AI-based mapping, obstacle avoidance, multi-floor routing and task scheduling. An exceptionally long runtime of around 1,200 minutes supports full-day operation, and its arm lets it interact with infrastructure such as lifts. This makes the ROBOTIS GAEMI capable of genuine end-to-end deliveries across multiple floors without human help.
ROBOTIS targets hospitality, logistics, healthcare and retail, where autonomous transport of items, meals, supplies or documents reduces staff legwork and improves service consistency. In hotels it can run room deliveries, in hospitals it can move samples and supplies, and in offices it can shuttle mail and parcels between departments.
Nexon System deploys this delivery robot across Southeast Asia, handling commissioning, map building and route programming, integration with lifts, doors and your facility or property-management systems, and staff training with ongoing support. We coordinate the building-systems integration that multi-floor delivery depends on and keep the fleet running reliably. Talk to Nexon to plan a GAEMI indoor deployment for your building.
