The Galaxea R1 Pro is a 1.7 m, 96 kg full-size humanoid from Galexea AI of China, built around a strong dual-arm design for demanding manipulation. Its robust frame and rich sensing make it a serious platform for industrial tasks and embodied-AI research alike.
The robot has 26 degrees of freedom and carries a 10 kg payload, its dual 7-DOF arms powered by high-performance planetary gear motors for precise, dynamic manipulation. A multi-camera system of seven HD cameras, plus wrist cameras, speech sensors and 360-degree LiDAR, delivers thorough environment perception from multiple viewpoints. Its AI perception-and-control software runs on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin and is complemented by the R1-T Isomorphic Remote Operation Platform for teleoperation and speech interaction, so operators can guide the robot or let it act autonomously.
As a capable humanoid robot, the R1 Pro suits logistics handling, manufacturing and assembly, and research. Its dual arms, payload and remote-operation tools support both autonomous and teleoperated work, making it useful for collecting demonstration data as well as running production tasks.
