Made in China by ROKAE, Helios is a wheeled dual-arm humanoid standing 1.8 m tall and weighing around 100 kg. It marries a mobile base with two capable arms, targeting industrial manipulation and inspection work where a robot needs both the freedom to move around a facility and the dexterity to work with two hands.
Helios offers 42 degrees of freedom and senses its environment with a binocular structured-light system providing RGB and depth data out to 4.8 m, plus a 3D camera mounted on its mobile chassis. Its proprietary force-controlled joints carry integrated torque sensors and dual encoders for compliant, precise control, a differential-drive base handles locomotion, an onboard 12th-generation Intel Core i7 provides compute, and runtime reaches roughly 300 minutes.
As an industrial humanoid robot, Helios supports inspections, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing. Its force-controlled arms suit bimanual handling, delicate assembly assistance and precise manipulation, while its mobile base enables autonomous inspection rounds and material movement across large production and storage areas. For plants running mixed batches, its ability to move between workstations and switch tasks makes it more adaptable than a fixed dual-arm cell.
Nexon System deploys the ROKAE Helios across Southeast Asia, covering commissioning, dual-arm task programming, integration with your MES and WMS, and hands-on operator training. Talk to Nexon to plan a mobile-manipulation deployment tuned to your production and inspection needs. We integrate it with your production and inventory systems, define safe shared-space operation with your staff, and keep it maintained for steady throughput.
