Igris-A

Igris-A is a larger member of ROBROS's Igris line from South Korea, a 1.78 m, 106 kg humanoid built for lifelike motion and fine manipulation in service environments. Its fuller build supports more capable movement and handling than its compact sibling while keeping the same focus on natural interaction.

It uses tendon-based actuators in the hand for fine manipulation, backed by standard servo motors for its body joints, an arrangement that mimics the way human hands are driven for delicate, dexterous grips. Its intelligence draws on reinforcement learning for locomotion and imitation learning for manipulation, all running on an NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform, and this combination of biologically inspired hands and learning-based control gives the service humanoid robot smooth, natural and adaptable motions.

It is aimed squarely at hospitality and retail, where an engaging, dexterous and lifelike presence enhances the customer experience.
