iSAGE STAR-SageMan

The iSAGE STAR-SageMan is a distinctive four-arm wheeled humanoid from China's Isagebot, a 1.56 m, 280 kg platform whose unusual multi-arm layout is built for complex, coordinated manipulation that two arms alone cannot manage. The extra limbs let it hold, brace and work on a part at the same time.

It provides an exceptional 52 degrees of freedom, senses its surroundings through multi-camera vision modules, LiDAR and joint torque sensors, and moves on precision servo drives with harmonic gearing for stiff, accurate positioning. Its intelligence is handled by the SageBrain AI controller with support for large language and vision-language-action models, all closed source, and these capabilities set a high bar for what an industrial humanoid robot can attempt on the line.

It is aimed at logistics, manufacturing, research and education, where multi-arm dexterity and autonomous control enable advanced assembly, kitting and handling tasks that benefit from simultaneous, coordinated grips. Its wheeled base keeps it mobile between stations on flat factory floors.
