Last updated: 09 Jun 2025
The KUAVO-MY is a 1.47 m humanoid from Leju Robotics of China, tuned for lively commercial spaces where a mobile, interactive robot draws attention and helps visitors. Its approachable stature and expressive movement make it a natural fit for storefronts, venues, lobbies and exhibition floors.
With 26 degrees of freedom, the robot walks at up to 4.6 km/h and is powered by Leju's self-developed high-torque joints that deliver as much as 360 Nm of torque at rated speeds of 150 rpm, giving its arms and legs both strength and precision. Depth cameras supply 3D perception and obstacle detection so it can move safely among crowds, while the software runs on KaihongOS built on OpenHarmony, pairs with an open-source motion controller for trajectory planning and feedback control, and supports integration with mainstream AI models for richer interaction.
As an interactive humanoid robot, the KUAVO-MY is well suited to retail promotion, entertainment shows, educational demonstrations, hospitality greeting and wayfinding, where it can guide, inform and engage guests. Its blend of mobility and conversation helps venues create memorable, staff-light visitor experiences.
Nexon System deploys the Leju KUAVO-MY for brands and venues across Southeast Asia, delivering commissioning, multilingual dialogue and route programming, and integration with signage, CRM and event systems. Every rollout includes staff training on daily operation and reliable local support and maintenance, so the robot keeps performing through busy seasons.
