Mirokaï by Enchanted Tools is an anime-inspired service humanoid with rolling-ball mobility and rich sensing for healthcare, hospitality and light logistics — deployed and supported by Nexon System.
Last updated: 23 Oct 2025
Mirokaï by Enchanted Tools reimagines the service robot as a warm, characterful companion, blending anime-inspired design with genuine autonomy. At about 1.23 m and 30 kg, its friendly presence and distinctive rolling-ball base make it approachable in patient-facing and guest-facing settings.
The design pairs charm with capability. Twelve time-of-flight cameras and 3D cameras provide detailed spatial awareness for safe navigation and interaction, a custom ROS-compatible Linux platform runs its behaviours, and its unique globe locomotion gives it smooth, agile movement in tight spaces, with around four hours of runtime per charge. As an emotionally engaging service robot, Mirokaï focuses on light logistics and companionship, and as a healthcare robot it can ferry items while reassuring patients and visitors.
It targets healthcare, hospitality and logistics, where a friendly, autonomous helper improves both efficiency and experience.
Nexon System deploys Mirokaï for hospitals, hotels and care providers across Southeast Asia: commissioning, task and interaction programming, integration with facility systems, and support. To add an engaging service robot, talk to Nexon.
