Navigator 2

Navigator 2 is a 1.65 m, 60 kg humanoid developed by the Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center in China, engineered for versatile manipulation and intelligent navigation in human environments. Its balanced size and weight make it practical for both research and applied service roles.

It provides 41 degrees of freedom, including dexterous hands with 15 finger joints, 6 active degrees of freedom and a fingertip force of up to 10 N, and perceives its surroundings with surround-view multi-vision cameras, depth cameras and force-torque sensors. A closed AI stack handles motion planning, semantic navigation, behaviour planning and multimodal sensor fusion, running for about 120 minutes, and this rich hand design and perception make it a genuinely dexterous humanoid robot capable of fine, context-aware manipulation.

It is aimed at home assistance, education, research, corporate events and exhibitions, and logistics, where precise manipulation and the ability to understand and navigate a space by meaning rather than fixed maps are valuable. Its dexterity suits delicate handling tasks that simpler grippers cannot manage, and its semantic navigation lets it follow instructions framed in everyday terms rather than rigid waypoints.
