Promobot V.4 is an autonomous service humanoid from Promobot in Russia, standing about 1.58 m tall and weighing roughly 130 kg. Built for busy public venues, this service robot handles greeting, guidance and transactional tasks without constant staff supervision.
Two robotic arms with 6 to 7 degrees of freedom produce gestures and interaction, while head and torso rotation add expressive communication. Its sensing suite includes 16 ultrasonic sensors, a 3D sensor, an omnidirectional microphone array, face-recognition cameras and touch sensors on the head and arms, and its battery supports about 480 minutes of operation. The closed software runs on Linux with face and speech recognition, autonomous navigation, third-party system integration and e-queue management.
That autonomy and endurance make it a strong fit for hospitality, wayfinding, healthcare reception and corporate events, where a self-directed assistant can work full shifts. It can recognize returning visitors, answer questions, manage queues and hand off to human staff only when needed, easing pressure at busy front desks.
Nexon System deploys the Promobot V.4 across Southeast Asia, delivering commissioning, dialogue and workflow programming, and integration with your queue, CRM and facility systems. We provide staff training and ongoing support so the robot performs reliably every day. Talk to Nexon to plan a public-service robot deployment.
