The PUDU D7 is a semi-humanoid from Pudu Robotics in China, a 1.65 m, 45 kg platform that pairs dexterous bionic arms with an omnidirectional chassis for versatile, mobile service work. The wheeled omnidirectional base keeps it agile in busy venues while its arms handle the manipulation.
It uses multimodal perception sensors for high-accuracy positioning, obstacle detection and environmental mapping, and its bionic arms feature five rotational and two linear joints each, delivering precise actuation with a 10 kg payload and endpoint repeatability of 0.1 mm. A closed multi-layered intelligence system combines data-driven embodied intelligence with advanced AI models and hierarchical control, and about 480 minutes of runtime supports long shifts, making the D7 a capable and precise interactive service robot.
It is aimed at healthcare, retail, hospitality, entertainment and manufacturing, where precise manipulation meets face-to-face human interaction. It can deliver, assist and handle items accurately while engaging customers and patients in public-facing roles, and its millimetre-level repeatability suits tasks that demand a consistent, careful touch in front of guests.
