The ROBOTERA Q5 is a wheeled humanoid with harmonic-drive arms and embodied AI for service and research, deployed and integrated across Southeast Asia by Nexon System.
Last updated: 09 Apr 2026
The Q5 is a wheeled humanoid robot from ROBOTERA of China, built to bring lifelike manipulation and natural interaction to service and research settings. Standing 1.65 m and weighing 70 kg, it balances a human-scale body with a mobile base for comfortable movement through everyday environments.
Q5 carries 44 degrees of freedom, with harmonic-drive actuators at its joints for smooth, backlash-free motion and torque sensors in the arm joints for compliant handling. Perception draws on a Livox Mid-360 LiDAR, an IMU and stereo RGB depth cameras, and the battery supports about 240 minutes of operation. Its embodied-intelligence software, while proprietary, is ROS-compatible with an available SDK and provides end-to-end capabilities for teleoperation, simulation and closed-loop training, plus voice interaction.
That blend of dexterity and autonomy makes the ROBOTERA humanoid suitable for healthcare, home assistance, education, hospitality and retail.
Nexon System deploys the ROBOTERA Q5 across Southeast Asia with commissioning, task and interaction programming, SDK integration into your systems, plus training and support. To pilot this versatile humanoid robot, reach out to Nexon.
