SUGV 325

Produced in the USA by Teledyne FLIR Defense, the SUGV 325 is a portable, modular small unmanned ground vehicle weighing about 9.1 kg. Light enough to be backpacked forward by a single soldier, it gives small units a rapidly deployable robotic scout without the burden of a larger, vehicle-transported platform.

SUGV 325 is equipped with an HD camera, an LWIR thermal camera for night and low-visibility use, a stitched 360-degree camera for all-round awareness, and two-way audio. It is teleoperated through the closed-source uPoint Multi-Robot Control System from a compact operator device, and offers around 480 minutes of runtime for sustained reconnaissance and inspection work.

As a small unmanned ground vehicle, SUGV 325 supports defence, inspections and telepresence. Its portability and sensor suite suit forward ISR, remote inspection and standoff observation in confined, cluttered or potentially contaminated areas where sending personnel first would be unwise.
