TIAGo Pro

TIAGo Pro is a mobile manipulator from Spain's PAL Robotics, a 1.5 m, 96 kg platform that pairs a wheeled mobile base with a dexterous arm for research and applied automation. Its combination of mobility and manipulation on an open software base has made the TIAGo line a mainstay in robotics labs.

It carries a 7-degree-of-freedom arm and perceives its surroundings with RGB-D cameras, 2D and 3D LIDAR, force/torque sensors, four microphone arrays and 8 W stereo audio for safe, natural interaction. Running Ubuntu LTS with RT Preempt and open-source ROS LTS middleware, with support for perception, navigation and manipulation and about 600 minutes of runtime, it is a highly extensible mobile humanoid robot that teams can program deeply through ROS.

It is aimed at research, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare and education, where a ROS-native mobile manipulator accelerates development and lets a single platform be repurposed across many projects. Its long runtime and open stack suit both experimentation and applied pilots.
