Overview

Developed in China by Zeroth, W1 is an autonomous mobile companion robot standing 0.68 m tall and weighing 28 kg. Built on a tracked base, it is designed to move reliably across both indoor floors and outdoor ground while carrying meaningful loads, combining companionship and interaction with genuine utility as a mobile helper.

W1 perceives its environment with RGB and RGBD cameras, ultrasonic sensors and infrared human detectors for safe navigation among people, and moves on tracked drive motors that give it traction over uneven surfaces. It runs an open-source stack powered by Zeroth's Technology DNA AI platform on an 8-core processor, and offers a long endurance of roughly 1,500 minutes per charge for all-day operation.

As a mobile service robot, W1 supports entertainment, hospitality, research and logistics. Its payload capacity and outdoor mobility suit autonomous transport, security patrols and surveillance, interactive entertainment, and use as a research platform for teams developing mobile-robot behaviours. Its combination of load capacity and all-day endurance suits venues that need a robot to fetch, carry, patrol and entertain across a long operating day without frequent charging.
